About us
The core competence of S-TEC electronics AG is the development and manufacture of control systems and control units for the industry, with a focus on serial products of up to 10,000 units per year. The development covers both software and hardware engineering. The company uses their own SMD placement machines for the manufacture. In order to guarantee a high quality of product, they use their own specifically developed test systems. Thanks to this self-sufficiency, S-TEC electronics AG can offer a flexible, customer-oriented and prompt development of software and hardware. Production and the organisation of material are coordinated and optimised in such a way that the products and services are also competitively priced.
The company’s product line eigergraphics is particularly successful, it is a touch-panel concept with an internally developed microcomputer. The programmable eigerPanels have a high-resolution colour touchscreen (VGA and WVGA). They have been successfully used as versatile operating and control units in the most diverse areas of application. They are often also a very economical alternative to the industrial PC.
